"I called to inquire about switching from Geico to State Farm and I was pleasantly surprised on how aggressive State Farm’s rates are! I ultimately bundled my auto, renters, and jewelry insurance through State Farm. Marcelino was my handling agent and he was great. Marcelino was very communicative and professional throughout the entire process and made the transition smooth. Overall, great experience from the Kevin Patton team. I will definitely refer friends and family!"

"Would not recomend this branch. 0 compassion was given during a difficult period in our lives. I was a customer with State Farm for a little over a year and had consistently made all of my payments on time during that period. Unfortunately, in January, my family experienced the loss of a close loved one, and during that difficult time, some of my bills were unintentionally missed, which resulted in my auto and renter’s insurance policies lapsing.

Shortly afterward, I contacted the office to reinstate my coverage. I was informed that the reinstated premium would be approximately $75 higher than my previous rate. I explained my situation to the representative, Lola, including the recent loss in my family and the circumstances that led to the lapse. While I understand that policies and pricing guidelines exist, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy and flexibility shown during the conversation.

Given my prior history of timely payments and the extraordinary personal circumstances involved, I had hoped for a more understanding and supportive response. Instead, I was told there was nothing that could be done regarding my previous rate. This experience left me feeling that customer care and compassion were lacking during a very difficult time, which ultimately led me to cancel my policies altogether.

I value professionalism and understanding in customer service, especially during moments of hardship, and would not recomend this branch as 0 compassion was given during a difficult period in our lives."

"I stress out to the point of crying when I must change insurances. My company raised my premium beyond my ability to pay, so I called "State Farm in Missouri City, Texas".
Lola was kind and supportive - she treated me like her own grandma. She prepared my policy within an hour, over the phone, which resulted in having the same level of coverage, with half the deductible, and $500 lower premium on an annual basis! I was laughing and enjoying the process within minutes. Like a good neighbor, Lola was there. 🥰"
